Received Oil
Received oil used for the iron oil pan of construction method 【A】, and is used for the purpose of reducing the influence on the painting of MCS711.
【A】When injecting into each cylinder from the plug hole with a syringe etc.
■ In the case of aluminum oil pan ■
Inject about 40 ml into each cylinder. After leaving it for 20 to 30 minutes, extract it, wash the inside of the cylinder with a parts cleaner, drain the engine oil after extraction work again, flush it with MCS705, and then inject the engine oil.
■ In the case of iron-painted oil pan ■
Since MCS711 may damage the coating due to its nature, the engine oil is completely replaced with MCS704 before all the above operations, and then the operation is performed in the same process as for the above aluminum. It is also more effective when working with the engine warm.
【B】When cleaning while starting the engine using a diluted MCS711 with a collector tank connected to the fuel line
Dilute the fuel at a ratio of 70 to 80% and MCS711 at a ratio of 20 to 30% before use.
Use it for 30 to 60 minutes when idling or idle up.
【C】When soaking
Use it within 24 hours. It usually works well in a few hours. A higher cleaning effect can be expected by raising the chemical temperature to 40℃ to 50℃ and applying ultrasonic vibration.
